Pickup
THE AMERICAN is honored and excited to service your large pickup order. However, due to our physical space, we can only service a limited number of large orders each day. So please schedule your order early and plan on picking up your order at a pre-arranged time, or you can schedule a delivery. Pickup orders carry a $50 minimum.
Large orders can be prepared between 11am-12pm, and 2pm-5pm daily. Large orders are between 9 and 24 sandwiches. At this time we cannot handle large orders greater than 24 sandwiches. We currently offer our lunch menu (www.theamericansf.com), desserts, bottled beverages and daily specials (announced on our facebook page) for delivery.
How to Order
- Email your order to orders@theamericansf.com. Same-day orders must be emailed to us by 10am. No exceptions. However for large orders it’s best to get your order in the day before. Sorry, no call-ins.
- We will call you back to confirm the date, location, contact person and pick-up time, and process payment via credit card over the phone (Visa/MC/Discover)
- If we are unable to service the order for the proposed date/time, we will call or email back an alternative date/time.
- Orders will be charged a 10% service fee.
Baking Orders
- All of our fresh baked treats are available for baking orders – muffins, biscuits, butterscotch pecan blondies/brownies, and cookies
- While there is no set limit to the number of baked goods per order, we may be limited in the amount and size of baking orders we can service each day. We may not be able to service your order on a given day if we are already at capacity
- Baking orders must be placed by 5pm the day before pickup
