On-Site Event Catering

THE AMERICAN offers on-site event catering services for all types of affairs. We bring our big commercial griddle (our “grilled cheese cart”), and cook-off grilled cheese sandwiches right before your eyes. We’ve catered large events where we’ve cooked off as little as 90 grilled cheese sandwiches to as many as 4000, including:

• Weddings
• Corporate affairs
• Food festivals
• Music festivals & concerts
• Other outdoor festivals

Rentals

THE AMERICAN Grilled Cheese Kitchen is available for your private party rental. We offer our entire restaurant space and outdoor patio for your affair. We offer a variety of food, beverage and service options including:

• An assortment of our signature menu items and beverages
• Open bar service featuring beer, wine, champagne, and custom cocktails

We can handle private parties of up to 75 people.
